Office of Students with Disabilities

The Department of Students with Disabilities (Special Education) works in collaboration with the Office of the School Based Support Team (SBST). During the academic year with each family The full team works toward achieving success for all of our students regardless of skill level. The goal of our team is to achieve academic success and to promote the next generation of academically and civically. The roles of our staff include:

Our students are classified as needing additional support in their daily academic settings. Students at times struggle with their academic or emotional support which can hinder their progress with their school work. University Heights High School helps foster their academic deficiency to help build and maintain independent learners who perform at or close to their grade level. The supports we offer to help build the achievement gap include:
